Using Sober's mod(s).
I would imagine being able to man the deck gun, or not, is based on wind speed (which effects wave height). Anyone know what the weather conditions are when you can, or can't, man the gun (I know I can man it myself in bad wx but can't aim it). |

StormConditions should be the parameter used in game for determining the maximum wind speed and rain force at wich deckcrew is still able to man the deckgun. I have it set like this: StormConditions=11,0.4;max wind speed [m/s], max rain intensity [0,1] |

I was using the deck gun last night off the Sth West coast of Britian.
Absoulutly atrocious weather, many times I was under water from behind the gun. Should this be possible ? |

One word... No. Should not be possible at all. I'm not sure but there might be a mod that corrects it. I've been looking for it but can't find it.
