Slight issue here, i need to get this to install correctly. when i download it form gamefront, it keeps installing it to an app data location, not letting me install it to the root folder of the game

When downloading JSGME, it should just go into a downloads folder. You need to run the installation from there.

Just re-download it from Subsim.
