Problem

My periscope controls are all screwed up. When i press page up, the obs scope stutters up and the attack scope goes barely up. Insert raises the Attack scope halfway, but thats it.

Very annoying. Shooting down my convoy attack strategy here.

Will just remapping the keys work?

The first thing I would check is whether your sub has taken any hits to the tower as this can damage your scopes.
If not then I would return to port, start a new patrol and see if the problems persist.
I would leave trying a key reset till last.

It happens on every patrol. No damage.

Even the click-switches do this. Very annoying.
