MMM Mod Problem

I've been trying to add mods to go along with this mod..... but everytime I extract a mod to the Mods folder nothing shows up. The one that I really want to install... sort of. IX BOAT MOD v1a... has shown up in the Extras folder, but I still can't get it into the Mods folder to install. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this. JSGME I'm using is the last one that JScones gave us. I'm stumped.

Looks like I solved the problem on my own.

I opened JSGME up and I saw 'Tasks'. Hadn't looked there before even tho I know I've looked right at it. 'Tasks' opened and I saw 'Import'. I tried it and finally got the Sort of IX mod installed.

Now to see if it works. I hate going out with so few torpedos. SH3 really spoiled me with the Type IX and it's loadout.
