I have that problem but it happens whether I'm playing SH5 or not. I figure it's something screwy with my Logitech Performace mouse, but if I don't use a mouse pad it works fine. I think I'm going to cut a piece of plate glass and use that instead as a mouse pad.

If you have changed antilag settings, it is likely that your problems are coming from there. Try restoring antilag.cfg to standars settings, or look on this forum for custom settings that may work better on your system.

I reinstall the game and put the antilag files in de sh5 map before i start the game for the first time, wow that is much better.
It was indeed a antilag problem.

Whit shadow improvement or OHII the lag returned, but the frames are good between 30 and 50.

Antilag settings: RenderAheadLimit=2
FPSlimit=50

System:

AMD phenom II x2 555
4.00 GB Single DDR3
Asrock 870 Extreme3
Samsung SyncMaster (1680x1050@60Hz)
ATI club Radeon HD 5770
SAMSUNG HD103SJ 1TB
Realtek High Definition Audio (onboard)
Logitech G9X laser mouse
Vista 32 home
