Taking advantage of this incredible steam sale, i was thinking about a few games ive wanted for a while, but never had the cash.
But, ive been curious as to how my system would handle skyrim, or battlefield 3, Shogun 2. i have an AMD phenom 1 1.8ghz quad core 9150e 4 Gb of low mhz RAM GTS 450 superclocked Im just curious, i know itll run, but im curious as to how smooth it may run those 3 games, as they are the most advanced i plan to get.

That all depends on how low you are willing to put them settings at.

I am pessimistic on Skyrim, which demands 2.0 GHz Duo as minimum.
On Shogun, they say 2.0 GHz Duo minimum, so with many details all down you might be able to run it. But... oh this terrible "but"... Being hesitent probably saves you money as long as hesitation lasts. ![]()

Visit canirunit.com, it'll rate your system against whichever game you select and show it in a nice graphic how near or far from minimun or recommend you are.
