What is the difference between LSH3 and GWX3?

I recently have gotten back into subbing and now see an extensive number of mod add-ons for both products mentioned above. Those who have used either product, I would like your opinion on them. Both sound to really enhance the visual and audio experience of SHIII, so what do you use and why?
