Offline Mode problems

I have just returned to SH5 and have a fresh SH5 install with Sobers mod list loaded.
I have also set it to run in offline mode.However when I come to run a Campaign in OH11 I get a screen telling me I do not have a tinternet connection.
I am then unable to go any further.It would appear that all is well if you try again in online mode, but I thought this was no longer required

Should I be doing something else?

Can you post a screen shot of the launcher message.

If the luancher has you name logged in - you should be able to select offline in the settings for the launcher.
