Default FFG 7 Helicopter

I've been trying out the different weapons systems for the FFG 7 in the "Dirty Atoll" mission. So far I've been successful with all of the on-platform weapons (SM2, Harpoon, 76mm gun, and torpedoes), but the weapons offficer on the SH60 and I have not been on the same page.

I've tried attacking the cargo ship using the helicopter, by engaging the target in the ship weapons coordinator station, then designating the target as hostile in the Nav Map screen. Then in the NAV Map I right click on the target and select engage with - helicopter - penguin. The copter accepts the tasking, fires the missile, and the missile tracks and kills an innocent fishing boat on a heading more than 90 degrees from the target. (Tried twice and got similar result -- killed a neutral both times.)

So then I tried to have the copter torpedo the target ship. Went to the helicopter control station, and set a torpedo waypoint on the target ship. The copter flew towards the target ship, dropped the torpedo which circled and headed out towards the 205 sub to the north which was a mile or so away. The sub had dropped an active decoy when the torpedo started running, so I can understand that may have decoyed the torpedo towards the sub, which it hit and sank.

Is there anyway to get the copter to target its missile at a specific ship?

Thanks in advance

Tom
