Newbie Needing help.

Hi all,

As a complete beginner to Sub-Sims & the SH series, I've became stuck with a few things.

I downloaded the Game from Steam and played it for the first time. The "tutorial" option has been ticked, So I presume I have done it. But in all honesty, can't recollect doing anything that could be called a tutorial. I've figured out most of the commands ect, so I think I'm going to be okay.

I also started to mod the game, with the generic mod launcher. It works brilliantly. However, I downloaded a Fistful of Emblems and installed it with the mod launcher. I've no idea how to access them. The read me doesn't help either. Any ideas?

I know that it's something I've overlooked and something I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When in dock theres a guy that you chat with and thats where ya decide on an emblem ... I think ya can also choose a paint scheme and other things ... been awhile since I've played

If this doesn't help I'm sure someone will be along in a little bit that can direct you better then I have

Welcome aboard!

Once you're in a bunker (when starting a new campaign or patrol), walk to the two guys with ugly baloons over their heads (there are mods that remove these baloons, but they come in handy for now

).

Click on the left guy and select the option to equip the boat. If its greyed out, save and reload. If I remember correctly, you'll find the emblems in the right most tab. There are some emblems in vanilla game, the mod you installed adds a lot more. Some cost some renown, the other ones are free. Once you sail out of the pen, you'll find your emblem on the conning tower.
