Hi SH5 fans (it used to be Kaulens)

Moved from the excellent SH3 GWXed to the max, to SH5 (gave SH4 a trade-in after a few weeks) and having returned to start a new SH5 career after the thing sitting on my PC for ages.
I've loaded the following Mods

Open Horizons II full 1.8
More crew commands_dialog_v 1.4
Dynamic Environment SH5 Basemod (realistic verion) V2.1
Dynamic Environment SH5 Shallow Waters V2.1
Capthelms SH5 Audio Mod
NewUIs_TDC_6_7_0_By The Dark Wraith
Dynamic Environment SH5-V2.1
MightyFine Crew Mod 1.2.1 Alt Faces
IRAI_0_37_TheDarkWraith
Torpedo_Speed_Abilitie_Fix_for_TDC_SH5_v1.20

Problem is:

The Crew Clipboard shows/works in "Historical Missions"(always)
but
When I begin "New Career" or load a saved "1st Mission" or "Auto Save"the clipboard dissapears (giving me NO ability to control crew for anything from playing music to sendig reports etc) on return to base and start of next patrol

Bound to be something simple

Help appreciated
