Default Hi ! (again :D ) Urgent help needed with map tools offset

Hello, long time no sea ! I decided to check out how's the game nowadays and got surprised that this title is far from dead (xept devs/publisher side)
and after overwhelming mod installation stormed to sea again.

Now, my problem is that when I try to plot a course or use some map tools, for example a course line, the tool is off several inches to down and right so it gets quite devious to plot stuff. Any help appreciated!
Mods atm:
dynamic environment, equipment upgrade,FX upgrade, IRAI,
NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith, NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_jimimadrids_map_tools
OPEN HORIZONS II_full v1.8

Make a mod profile with the mod enabler then un enable all mods . Use the inbuilt application
NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith\data\Applications \OptionsFileEditorViewer

Look at the maps heading .

The above tool would be handy if there was any kind of instructions for its use. I am having the issues described by the OP and tried as the suggestion stated, and got absolutely no where.
