HOW TO GET RAR files to work w. JSGME:damn::damn:

I really dont know how to get rar files to work any how but if some one can help me out on how to get the rar files to get on to sh5 what I mean is step by step for windows 7 it would be a big help.

P.S how do u work the hydrophone and radar to make the move like in circle and like u do in real life that would be a big help to.

WELCOME ABOARD!

The .rar files are compressed so they can be sent faster and easier for downloads. There are several free programs that can open them. The best so far is http://www.7zip.com/. It will explain how to work it, and then you can unzip the files and put them into JSGME and make them work.
