Sorry if it wasn't clear for you. In your SH install, look in "Data\Sound." You'll see the "Radio" and "Gramophone" folders there.

EDIT: I just checked the readme, and it includes this:

"If you used the default install, this should be "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\Data\Sound\Radio.""

Even if you didn't use the default, it should still will tell you how to find it.

I was looking at the RFB folders and under sound, there is no radio or gramaphone.I suppose can install in the main SH folder since dont think RFB overwrites the radio or music part.

I see the radio station for washington.I want to add some music and programs to it.Do I just inserter them into the folder "washington" with the other music? Well the one track.

That's where you're supposed to put it, not in another mod.

Music you put in the "Washington" folder. If you want your programs to play at a certain time and date, put them in the "Events" folder inside "Washington" and edit the events.ini file there. If you don't care when they play, just put them in "Washington."
