Yep. The more you post the more you can download. Look at it this way: Subsim has more than 70,000 members, and hosting isn't cheap. No one insists that you donate, just that be a member of the community rather than just take and never give, and all you're asked to give is a little of your time.

Like they said, don't be afraid to post. Heck, out of a meager 1,307 posts, I've only, actually, helped one person (that I'm aware of). So you see, it's not quality but quantity that matters.
