Default GME Mods

Hi All, I need some help please. I upgraded the GMSE mod program with the newer one. Now all the mods have disappeared and I can't find the original ones anywhere. I did not delete the older GMSE program. Dumb of me not deleting the older one but there was no statement to do so. Would anyone know how to fix this? It would be much appreciated. Regards Peter

I do think that you might just have to re download all your mods. Check your trash can thing perhaps?

GMSE??? Not familiar with that. You probably mean JSGME. The MOD- folder doesn't simply get deleted by installing the newer version. If you look inside the SH3 install folder then it should still be there. But the mod-enable history stored in a hidden backup folder might be corrupted or incompatible with the new version

Did you disable all the mods BEFORE you updated JSGME? You should have according to the information shown during installation. If not you probably corrupted the install. But there may be fallback solution if you didnot install the JSGME into the SH3 folder, but into a place for it's own.

Where did you install the JSGME (update) into? Let's get this clear first before we go further. Open the JSGME program and look what folder path it displays in the top of the window. Something like [c:\somefolder\JSGME\Mods] Write it down in your next reply.
