Which boats have radios? Im in a Balio now but can't find the radio, if it has one. When submerged waiting for the destroyers to leave, I will walk around the control room clicking on maps, charts and whatever else I can find. Currently running TMO an RSRDC. What else can you operate besides radar and sonar?

All the boats will have radios, but there isn't that much you can do with them. They are not simulated in detail. Communication with your base is scripted along the lines of routine replies and getting new missions, after you send in a status report. (Many don't like getting new missions, and don't send status reports for this reason.)

What about listening to music? Before adding the mods I thought there was a radio for music.

Yes, there are mods/files for music/programs/news that have been taken from old radio stations.

You might want to look at this:

Actually, you should use this:

The "&page=24" you included takes you to the last page in the thread.

So do need to DL a mod for a gramophone or do some boats already have them? Both links really help I just don't know where to find the gramophone/radio.

Also do you guys know if there is anything else to view/click on while in the control room? I finally found the Gage that allows you to dive the sub deeper then 400.

In TMO you will find the radio and gramophone by clicking on the Misc. button.
They will show up in the top left corner of the screen. There are also a traffic map and conversion chart incorporated with them.

There are however some screen resolutions that will not show them so you can't use them. If you don't see anything top left try a different resolution.

In the stock (unmodded) game, the buttons for both can be found by clicking on the last or second to last tab.

Thanks guys. I knew it was in there somewhere I just couldn't remember where. It too bad theres not more compartments to go into like the torpedo rooms or engine room even if it's just to look around.
