All the battlefield 1942 missions I've downloaded are multiplayer only. How do I get them in singleplayer?

As far as I know, all Battlefield (fill in version here) missions are multiplayer. The only way to make it single player is to start a local server with you and a bunch of bots.

Dang. I got this really really cool naval mission on Fileplanet and it doesn't show up in co-op
