Sailing to Argentina after Germany's defeat

Hi. I'd like to ask is there any way in the game to take the long and dangerous voyage from the defeated Vaterland to the warm and peaceful South America? I mean e.g. in campaign I start a patrol in late April or early May 1945 so the war ends when we're at sea and don't want to surrender to the Allies therefore take the risk to head for Argentina. Is it possible or the game just simply ends on May 8th? Or perhaps is there such single mission that I can download from somewhere on the net? It'd be a pleasure for me to be the commander of the VERY last active U-boat in ww2.

Use the mission editor and write your own as a stand-alone solo mission.
