i started open horizon v1.8
but i saw frozen flag
why?
i am christian
satan laugh at me?

Don't be alarmed, there is a logical explanation to it!

Sh 5 doesn't like new imported ships and makes the flags to freeze. Uekel made a pretty good fix to this (included in OH II) but it still happens from time to time. When you load next time, the problem is gone.
