How to make more beautiful torpedo?

The first quesiton:I always feel that it is lack of metal luster for the top of Mark14 or Mark23.
The second one: How to add some logos in the torpedos.
Follow the foregoing ,I also want ot add some logos for instance wolf head in the middle of the U.S. torpedos. After finding the file "Torpedo14.dds", I pasted a red star logo in the middle of the image by Photoshop. When I entered into game , I was amazed! The body of the torpedo was full of red stars. Today, I still in this trouble.
Is there someone can give me some advices?
