Default The Stevens Stopwatch

Okay, so the first thing I noticed about the stopwatch is the name emblazoned across it: STEVENS. Is this in homage to the father of Subsim, Onkel Neal Stevens?

Fits the bill! This truck drops bits and pieces at every intersection we stop at. Otherwise it just leaves a continuous stream of oxidized ruin in its path.
