Silent Hunter 4 performance?

Hi,

I bought a new laptop while ago and now I would like to try how SH4 & U-Boat Missions run on it. I just wanted to ask you if you could give me some heads up to what kinda performance should I wait for these specs? Naturally I'm aiming to play native resolution and all graphical settings maxed.

Intel i7-720QM 1,6Ghz
Ati Mobility Radeon 5870M 1GB
6GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

And what kinda performance could I get with Silent Hunter 5?

And just for the end, is SH4 playable after patches or should I mod it somehow to get more pleasant gameplay experience? Let's just say that I'm kinda newbie when it comes to submarine simulations.
