Default New UIs with TDC v6.3.7 big problem


Why? help me!! scuse me for my english!
I have load only " New UIs with TDC v6.3.7" by JSME
But also with "CPSMagui dr Jones" same problem....WHY?

Windows7 __ ATI Radeon 4600
