Recharging batteries

Hello.
I have quick question, when you recharging batteries at 1/3 ahead, are they recharge faster than ahead flank?
I know this was in TMO but im asking about vanilla.

That's hard to say, since I haven't played Vanilla for quite some time. Normal rationale would dictate "yes, 1/3 speed recharges faster than flank", but Vanilla sometimes defies logic. It's sort of, like, trying to play Tennis with a shuttlec0ck.
