Default Historical battles - RSRD

I have a question regarding the historical battles included in RSRD

If you are at the right time/ right place... would you be able to watch the full battle? meaning the actual shooting and sinkings?

Just curiosity; so far I have seen the correct fleets streaming to their sometimes fateful meeting with destiny, but I have never been as close as to watch a battle; so wanted to know if they actually fight in RSRD

thanks

I have see the combat at Surigao Strait during the battle of Leyte Gulf. I've witnessed US air attacks during the Battle of the Philippine Sea.

Bladerunner?

Anyway, make sure free camera is turned on, so that you can toggle between the ships taking place in the battles. It's fun to watch.

Exact ships sinking? That usally wont happen. AI are too random for that. Though from what Ive seen the side that won historically usally wins unless you help out alittle
