Combined navigation and planner software

I'm currently working as an Auditor for an Inventory company. The job entails going to stores throughout my city at various times through the week.

I'm looking for a program that will let me put my schedule into a planner, with the addresses, and then have the program pull up a map to the address when I want too. Something that works with my Iphone would be optimal. I'd also not like to pay an arm and a leg.

Anyone have any suggestions?
