Can't dock at resupply ship

I've just pulled up to (and lightly scratched) supply ship 'Corrientes' in the Canarys. When I exit the mission, no option to dock anywhere appears. Help!

Gah - I was 'save and exit'-ing, not merely 'exit'-ing! All good now...
