I hope I have my mods in the right order.

Actually I have 2 questions. The first one is I am wondering why when I send a patrol report to Bdu I recieve a reply but it only has the header, no message. My second question is , are my mods in the right order. I am just hoping that someone can give me a thumbs up/down on the order.
