Installing Mi tons speech reconition with TDW UI

It seems that every time I try to install any Speech reconigtion Mod ,, I get a screen that is distorted and unusable .. My Mod list as follows anyone got any suggestions ?

My first suggestion would be to try my NewUIs mod and the speech recognition mod only and see what happens

No it does not after alot of tweaking -- here is my mod list.. I never had a problem with my screen going blank . perhaps a video card setting as all the othe guys say on here what is your specs -- Ill try to help from what I learned
