Select combat support units....

Has anyone notcied that penil (red I think) that says "select combat support units" or something like that? I searched around quickly and didnt find anything on it. It does not appear to be useable, and that makes me sad

That item is only for the u-boat campaign.

Which in itself was rather odd because it's not like Uboats had a lot in the way of logistical or tactical support. Especially the Monsun boats.
