Need some system advice

Just got SH5 installed and running (slowly). Now I checked the system requirements and I met them, just. The game is running extremely slowly and unplayable, which I put down to video card??? But TBH I'm really not sure.

My system specs are:

Intel core 2 duo CPU E 6550 @ 2.33GHZ 2.33GHZ
RAM 3.00GB
32 - bit operating system
ATI Radeon HD 2400XT.

Can anyone help or offer any advice? Do I need more RAM or a better video card.

In order to play SH5 modded well you need:
- new video card (I would say GTX280 minimum)
- 64 bit OS
- 8 GB memory
- processor could use some more GHz

You will have a hard time playing it with what you have. You'll really have to take the game option sliders all the way to the left (disabled). As far as mods go you will probably CTD due to lack of memory if you try to use any big mods (OHII, my new UIs mod)
