Question on how to delete saved games

As the title asks ...

How do I delete ANY saved games and where do I find the files

click save game
select the save you want to delete
click delete

Hate to be thick but where are these saved files located

Are they the 2 files named 00000000 and 00000001

I thought I had'M deleted but when I started a new career and looked in the load saved games I still had 2 saved games there

Strange, I was thinking about this myself some few minutes ago.
I would like to delete my old savings too.

Still not sure how to delete them....
