Stiebler's add on help

I have been trying to install both Stiebler's add V-16A3 and HSie V-16A3. I am not really computer literate so I apologize if I sound like an idiot. I keep running into trouble evewn though I am following the read me's as carefully as possible. Could someone out ther in Subsim please help with some instruction in layman's terms on how to inable these add-on's.
