Replay Viewer problem

After a few years away I recently reinstalled SC on my Vista notebook. It is playing well with the 108 & xp patch using XP compability.

My problem is with Replay Viewer v1001. I have it in my \Sub Command directory and there is a replay.dat file with a time/date matching when I ended my last mission.

When I start the viewer it asks for a file to open but does not have any files in the list window. When I manually enter "replay.dat" it says "cannot open specified file".

Any suggestions?
