This is just some blogger that happens to be referenced by Yahoo. And the name of his blog, "the Sideshow", should be a good clue as to what his aim is.

I'm guessing it was a slow news day so they found something to hype up. The whole adding open ended non-specific statements to hint at something exotic going on without actually saying so outright is a fairly standard tactic to try and create interest from what is otherwise a decidedly uninteresting topic for most people (remember that the job of the people writing it is to get hits to make money).

Everyone knows what UFO stand for undentified flying.... and this object is a UFO

It seems that it's not an UFO anymore
