If you like the historical and educational aspects of the the sim, the strategies, tactics, execution, and logs of actual events of a U-Boat, perhaps you will find this interesting.

Allow Google Earth to load so you can see the patrol as completed.

Then read Hardegen's logs in his own words. I chose this page but many more!

Yes, if you are into history and the immersion to be had when playing the sim, one can read the actual events logged by BdU:

Yes, so much more to add to the sim - here you have the words written by Dönitz himself - so prior to going out on patrol or before another save mission to start - read. One can really get into the mist of time!
