SH4 crash first time launch

hi there, im wondering why sh4 always crash first time you run it when starting it for the first time of the day

its not really a problem works fine second launch, just curious if im alone on this problem

is anyone else having this problem?

i had this problem on my old pc and my current "new" pc

both legal and downloaded illegal version(i download first to test if its worth buying(conclusion: totaly worth every penny) both crash at first time launch of the day,
im using steam version of sh4

let me know if you also have this problem, or a solution
