A Good Mod For Newbies

I have downloaded a lot of mods and have just stumbled upon this one...

Looks Great.
Just thought I would let any newcomers find it quicker than I did after the massive amount I have downloaded and managed to miss this.
It even sorts out the watch officer problem without the horrible macro method I dislike.

Awesome mod, just been testing it out after installing few hours ago. wolf packs and more realism.
