When they say target they mean aim at it but not shoot at it right ??

Just find it's position, input the coordinates in some missiles and bombing plans and wait. I sure hope so

Technology allows many solutions in the field in this case, however, Medvedev's moves can be seen in many ways.

Well considering I grew up during the time when those same missiles were trained on the airport 5 miles from my house, I find it much easier to sleep tonight.

I believe people will only unite in global world if we had a general enemy - like evil aliens-invaders or something =]

Untill then, we keep searching for enemies among ourselfs.

I think not, times and conditions change all the time, so to go back to the cold war days, according to me is an utopia.
