Having been on the receiving end of a water cannon in a simulated riot scenario I can imagine how effective those bottles might be.
Only one problem....they'll easily kill or maim if fired at a crowd of people.

So this is what the British are forced to resort to using against terrorists and such? Jugs of water?
 Knowing the UK if you just breached the wall with C-4 a Tango could get hurt and sue the British Government.

In EOD we had a smaller version of that called the Mk 31 J-Rod.
The inertia of fluids moving at high speed is astounding
