recognition manual??

Well, I nearly know what I'm doing now! But, Where is the recognition manual? I have pressed every button not already in use, + using the shift key.

I think with all the great modders from SH 3,4,5 you should, under the auspices of 'SUBSIM' create the most authenic submarine game ever and put it on the market. Because the mods created have always turned medocrity into something wonderful!!!!

There isn't one, just the little thumbnails of ships above the XO dialog.

Several UI mods add in a more complex and complete rec manual. For example, you can bring up the Ships of All Nations (SOAN) book in TheDarkWraith's NewUI by clicking the little white notepad icon in the middle top right of the screen. This also uses the "E" key by default to toggle visiblity. Then drag it from the left side of the screen, you'll see a little tab to drag.

Can you click on the "extra info" within the soan and get pics and info about each ship.
This used to work for me but has stopped working

Yup, not all ships had the option, but I was able to get the Additional Info for the ships that had it. Freighters at least. Here's my mods for reference:

Humm... I was wondering this myself too, no additional info anymore.

I see the button, but it's not working. I remember that it was working fully some time ago, I thought it's a problem with TDW's latest UI version, but don't know anymore... So if Trevally you manage to fix it, please tell!
