Default Speed of Torpedoes

Since most torpedo shots are fired at the high speed setting, i.e. short range, is there a way to mod the speed setting knob to default to high for 2 speed torps?. In the heat of battle it's easy to forget to change the speed of reloads to high.

Good idea! I've made this blunder on more than one occasion myself.

Don't know if there's a mod though
