Does anyone know where I could find some blueprints of the HMS Tally Ho?

Google T-Class Submarine and select Images.

Add words like blueprint or drawing or detail to T-Class Submarine.
That brings up different results.

And preferably anything on the conning tower, 'cause that's where I'm stuck right now...

Look in the SH4 mods forum for the thread about the british subs mod ("We dive at dawn") and the british campaign, there are posts by Ju88 who offered his very advanced model of the T-class and keltos who took and is completing it. You might save yourself a lot of work
