Torpedo Launching

How can I change command to fire torpedo in SH4 from "Enter" to "Ctrl+Enter"
like it was in GWX3. Please help me.

Accidental launches? Been there. Until the mod required opening the doors first. Then that resulted in other embarraing moments in front of the crew.

Key0=0x0D,c,"Ctrl+Enter"

paste this inside commands.cfg (find the line first, then erase it and copy my line above and paste it, save it as commands.cfg filename and type All files to desktop, now replace existing file inside Data/CFG with the new one)..
