Are there any mods that add NPC animation?

Hello all, I've been interested in buying SH5 for a while because of the premise of being able to move along the length and depths of your boat. However, a review I read mentioned how wooden the NPCs are and how even when being depth charged or crash diving, they'll just stand around like mannequins. So, does anyone know of any mods out or in progress that would add a bit of life to the NPCs? If so I would probably end up buying SH5 just for the interiors and immersion.
