Default U-Boat invades mainland UK

http://news.sky.com/home/strange-news/article/15753806

Just seen this on my local news Twitter feed Certainly different....

"It looks just like one of the feared attack vessels that sank 3,000 Allied ships during the Second World War." Um, have they ever actually seen a U-Boat?

That looks nothing like any U Boat I've seen...

People that don't know their history annoy me.

And that was said all those months ago as well. They guy is nearly 80, he built a real toy submarine and sails it in a canal. That the reporter was obtuse enough to call it a "replica" is just what reporters do. That you're annoyed over pseudo-history is pretty funny.

Aw, c'mon! This is subsim! Even if he had gotten almost every detail correct, someone would have pointed out that he used the wrong shade of gray, or he used the 3 wheel Enigma machine, but the calendar on the wall shows that it's after 1942.

Or that real u-boats weren't powered by hamsters on treadmills.

I must have missed that mod. Was that an addon for GWX?

Or SH5?
