Hi guys,

Long time lurker here. I finally decided to break the ice.

I still have vivid memories in my head from when I was a young lad and my dad got me a game called silent hunter. I had no idea what I was getting into until inserted the disc and fired it up.
I still remember spending hours in front of the tiny screen of my pc trying to work out how the sonar worked and just taking the periscope out and looking at the ships trying to guess the model of each one. I was in love.

Go forward 15 years and here I am, downloading the latest version of TMO.
I haven't played for a month or two and my hands already itch for some action.
I would like to thank this whole community for the unique atmosphere that you created here and especially to all the dedicated modders that somehow managed to create the impossible and turned our dreams into reality.
