Help Making Custom Key Layout

hi there, so ive bin playing alot of SH5 Lately and now ive just had enough of it, its to buggy and bad made, so im going back to Sh4, but i remembered that i have always hated the key bindings on it, so i was wondering if anyone could make me a custom keylayout or teach me how to make one, beacause the current layout of Sh4 is just crap
so i want the sh5 key layout, or as close as possible

heres a .txt file on how i want the keys to be (incase you wanna be an awesome person and do this to show the world just how awesome you are )

just spent half an hour moving they keys in command.cfg with a txt, this will save me alot of time:P

Ahoy me matey!! Welcome back to the home of US Finest arm-chair skippers.. You have to download the ascii table (just search google images) then, open commands.cfg in SH4/Data/Cfg with a text editor.

You'll note commands like

Context
Key .. 0x45,C, ''A''

This is what you need to know.

Look over the ascii table and find corresponding hexadecimal to your preferred command and replace 45 with it, then replace the letter between the quote marks with selected button. If you use shift replace C, with Cs, at the same time observing the letter with capslock off..

I use it for SH4. Works great and is a snap to use.
