Keycode problem,again.

Hi guys. After a while I decided to give SH5 a second chance. I installed the game (from dvd). All went smoothly. The game was patched.
I clicked to start the game and I got a window with user name and password. Because I didnt remember my password I clicked "dont remember my password. I was provided with email which contained opportunity to change the password to a new one. I did it.
NOW I CANT LAUNCH THE GAME BECAUSE: "THE KEYCODE WAS USED ALREADY"

My question is: Is forgeting your password a crime in UBISOFT's eyes?

What the new password creation is procedure is for then?

Do I have any way to launch my legal copy of the game?

I swear I will throw this crappy game out of the window (with the feel of release) if I my only option is to call somewhere and prove something.
I just cant stand this title's insults anymore.
